Learn how to manage AICS projects: from contracts to reporting

Course description

The course is designed to support staff from CSOs and local authorities in understanding and applying the contractual obligations and financial rules that apply following the signing of the AICS contract/agreement. Through a practical approach, key issues such as the eligibility of costs, rules for the purchase of goods and their management at the end of the project will be addressed.

The procedures for making changes to the project document and the requirements for suspending activities in cases of force majeure will be explained. Furthermore, the course will guide participants through all the necessary steps for preparing reports and closing the project, providing practical tools to manage each phase effectively and accurately. The course will refer to the rules set out in the 2023 Call for Proposals for the award of grants to initiatives promoted by local authorities and civil society organisations.

The course is delivered in Italian.
