Trust Consultancy & Development, in collaboration with Neil Kendrick from ELD Impact, is hosting an insightful webinar for small NGOs looking to strengthen their Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning (MEAL) systems.
This practical session will guide organizations without a dedicated M&E unit in designing a simple and effective MEAL framework to track project outcomes and outputs.
Participants will also receive ready-to-use tools and templates to develop their own MEAL plans in just a few hours.
About the Trainer
Neil Kendrick, Director of ELD Impact, has over 20 years of experience coaching MEAL professionals across more than 100 countries. Throughout his career, he has identified the common challenges organizations face when building and implementing MEAL systems and has guided practitioners through practical, field-tested solutions.
Neil’s expertise comes from hands-on coaching with field staff, coordinators, and advisors working in refugee camps, emergency responses, and long-term development settings. He has trained over 10,000 professionals from agencies such as UNHCR, WFP, UNICEF, IRC, Save the Children, and numerous national NGOs. His approach is grounded in real-world practice, not theory; drawing on patterns and solutions that emerge directly from the field.
