This 5-week coached program equips you with tools to design fundable projects and write compelling proposals—with expert guidance and personalized feedback.

• Project design using Logical Framework Approach for humanitarian and development contexts
• Problem analysis and stakeholder mapping that align community needs with donor priorities
• Clear, persuasive proposal writing techniques (Fog Index, Mind Mapping, AI tools) that ensure your proposals resonate with funders

Ideal For: Project managers designing donor-aligned programs, proposal writers seeking to improve success rates, and NGO staff transitioning into funding roles. No prior experience needed.

Format:

• 5 live coaching sessions (Tuesdays 10:00-11:30 UTC) over 5 weeks, plus self-study assignments (4-5 hours/week total)
• Small group coaching (max 8 participants) ensures tailored feedback, with all sessions recorded and personalized video feedback
